Paul Zelizer, Founder and Chief Entrepreneurial Activist

Paul is one of the first business and marketing coaches to focus on the needs of conscious entrepreneurs and social impact businesses.  He also works with leaders to help them increase the transformational impact that they have in their organizations and in the world.  HIs website for this work is PaulZelizer.com.

Paul is the former Director of Social Media for Wisdom 2.0, one of the premier mindfulness brands in the world. In 2017, he founded Awarepreneurs because he kept getting feedback that it was time for a community that leverages the power of the intersection of conscious business,  social impact and awareness practices.

Leesa Renee Hall, AdvisorY Board Member

Leesa Rene Hall is a writer, storyteller, and diversity advocate. Author of seven books, Leesa was lauded as a technology pioneer and futurist before turning her attention to using her words to disrupt the stories we tell ourselves about diversity and identity.

After writing half a million words over 365 consecutive days, Leesa discovered that words can help one find their true purpose. Leesa helps spiritual and business leaders use curious inquiry to question their views on diversity so they can become effective leaders and create truly inclusive communities, companies, and corporations. She teaches that the only way you can have hard conversations around systemic oppression is to first breakthrough your inner oppression using the combination of curious inquiry and expressive writing.

Leesa is on the Advisory Board for Awarepreneurs, a global community of social enterprise business leaders and entrepreneurs with a focus on social justice, diversity, and inclusion. Ericka Hines, Advisory Board Member

Ericka Hines, Principal of Every Level Leadership, is a consultant, advisor, strategist, curriculum designer, and senior trainer who works with organizations to do two things: use diversity to their advantage and leverage leadership across levels. She has worked with government agencies, nonprofits and foundations across the country to help their staff and stakeholders learn how to work in more inclusive workplaces where leadership is valued as an attribute and a title. She has consulted with national foundations, government agencies, nonprofits and small businesses. To date, she has trained over 2000 individuals in skills that will help them be more inclusive, skilled leaders for their teams and organizations. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University Of Georgia School Of Law and a B.A. Political Science from Wright State University. Clients have included the Tides Foundation, Independent Sector, Friends Committee on National Legislation and the National Civilian Conservation Corps.


Tanya M. Odom, Advisory Board Member

Tanya M. Odom, Ed.M.  is a global consultant, writer, coach, and diversity, equity, and inclusion and civil rights thought leader.

She has worked globally for over 20 years, in over 30 countries,  as a consultant, coach, storyteller, and facilitator focusing on areas including:  Diversity and Inclusion, Inclusive Leadership, Race/Racism, Challenging Conversations, Mindfulness, Coaching, Innovation and Creativity, Educational Equity, and Youth Empowerment/mentoring.

 Tanya’s unique portfolio career has allowed her to work in the education, private sector/corporate, not-for-profit/NGO, law enforcement, and in university/college arenas.

She is the co-author of "Evaluation in the Field of Education for Democracy, Human Rights and Tolerance.” Tanya is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post, where she has written posts about diversity, leadership, self-compassion, and mindfulness. Tanya also writes for cnn.com. Tanya’s work and commentary has also appeared in several publications including Diversity Woman Magazine, Bloomberg News, and The Village Voice.

Tanya was named by Diversity Best Practices as “A Diversity Thought Leader to Follow on Twitter.

Tanya has been trained as a coach by the Center for Creative Leadership and she is certified in the Hay Group’s Emotional and  Social Competency Inventory. Tanya has also been trained in the Difficult Conversations methodology at the Program on                Negotiation  at Harvard Law School.

As a mindfulness practitioner, Tanya weaves in mindfulness research and practice in her work with individuals and groups and  connects it to leadership, teams, intentional inclusion, and the mitigating of unconscious bias. 

Over the last 3 years, Tanya has spent a great deal of time globally facilitating sessions, and moderating panels focused on "Challenging Conversations," where she has been creating spaces for  honest and courageous dialogues and sharing.

In July 2017, Entrepreneur Magazine featured Tanya as one of the "3 Women Entrepreneurs Who Unleash Their Energy for the   Greater  Good."

Angelo John Lewis is the Executive Director of  the Diversity and Spirituality Network  and a life and business coach and consultant who has designed, developed and conducted group problem solving, team and community building interventions for clients that include AT&T, Verizon, ACNielsen, and a branch of the U.S. Department of Commerce. He is the the originator of the Dialogue Circle Method™, and the author of Notes for a New Age
